At VBike we like to analyse each workout to measure your progress on the bike each week.

How it works

The VBike 100km challenge is a 6-Week program starting on Monday 2nd of May 2022. Each week includes 4 Structured Indoor Rides. These rides consist of a Recovery, Threshold, Strength & Endurance and Long Endurance Ride. At the end of the 6-weeks we'll finish with a 100km ride. To help you achieve this whether it's to get the fastest time or just to simply finish, Jianni and Dan will coach you along the way. They will also be measuring your progress to make sure you're making the improvements you need in order for you to achieve your goals.
